Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in strategic and business analysis.
3. Fluent in Italian, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of conducting business negotiations.
4. Possess potential strategic analysis and decision-making abilities, sensitive to market trends and company development directions.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with various stakeholders.
6. Highly responsible and dedicated, able to handle significant work pressure. 1. Collaborate with the General Manager to research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor situations, conducting in-depth strategic and business analyses.

1. Participate in the process of formulating the company's strategic planning, providing constructive opinions and suggestions, and fully discussing them with the General Manager. Regularly evaluate the execution of the company's strategy, promptly identify issues, and propose adjustment plans.
2. Assist the General Manager with research and analysis before major decision-making, providing comprehensive decision support. Participate in important meetings and discussions, record meeting content, and follow up on decision implementation. Coordinate work relationships between various internal departments to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic decisions, and communicate and coordinate with external partners and clients to maintain good cooperative relationships.
3. Responsible for the daily affairs management of the General Manager.
