Full time Banquet/Event Server

If you are a make-it-happen kind of person that enjoys serving others and working with a small team to assist with hosting incredible events, this is the job for you! Contract work so you control your availability but must work at least three events per month. This role is waiting for the right positive, hands on, go-getter.

This role will include the following aspects, with increasing responsibilities as you grow into your role:

• Setting up for events - tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and installing decor.
• Serving during the event - working with the team to make sure the client's experience is exceptional with sincere, motivated, warm and professional service.
• Cleaning up after the event - sure, everybody likes to help with the decor, but this role has to be as passionate about cleaning up and getting everything back in its proper place to make our venue extraordinary!

Serving others is a joy to you. You love working in a supportive role that helps the clients have an incredible experience. You are the Doer, hands-on, kind of person that likes things to be done well, and with heart and a smile.

Requirements:

• You are able to lift up to 50lbs, physically able to work hard while looking and acting professional, climb a ladder to help hang decor on chandeliers, trees, and lights. If you are artistic and handy, even better!
• You are dependable, loyal, and driven by growth opportunities. You want to be the best at whatever you put your mind to, and serving others is one of your super powers.
• You are completely cool with working nights and weekends as in the event business, we are almost always working Fridays and Saturdays.
