CIVIL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - Chicago

Immigration | Business Litigation

Seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney for a premier Chicago-based law firm specializing in Immigration, Employment, Personal Injury, Real Estate and complex business matters. An exceptional opportunity for the motivated individual with experience in Immigration, Business/Corporate Law, and General Civil Litigation. This mid-sized firm with a youthful vibe and collegial work environment is looking to bring on an Associate Attorney with a desire and vision to grow with a collegial team, expanding a growing practice area. Fluency and proficiency in reading and writing in Mandarin Chinese is a requirement for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Minimum 2+ years' experience in general civil litigation
* Experience representing clients in asylum hearings, court appearances in immigration courts

* Drafting, negotiating, preparing, revising legal documents, legal research

* Chinese (Mandarin) fluency required in reading and writing

* Licensed in IL

Base salary compensation from $85K-$100K DOE, plus bonus structure; benefits package. Daily in-office position.
