What we’re seeking:
The Continuity and Crisis Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans that ensure the continuity of business operations in the event of a crisis or emergency. They will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify potential risks and develop response plans that mitigate the impact of crises and minimize disruptions to business operations. The Specialist will also play a key role in managing crisis situations and providing guidance and support to teams across the organization. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be in either Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; or Fort Wayne, IN.
What we need in you:
In this role, you'll need experience in continuity and crisis management to provide regional and national coverage for emergency response center events, business continuity plan management, threat monitoring, and labor contingency planning.
