Qualifications:
- Licensing: CPA or EA required.
- Education & Experience: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in U.S. tax.
- Specialization: Experience in U.S. corporate income tax return preparation (e.g., 1120 and 1065) and foreign-owned corporate taxation.
- Management Skills: Ability to manage contractors or vendors in tax-related services.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors to prepare federal and state corporate tax returns for companies with foreign shareholders, subsidiaries, or employees.
- Analyze clients' tax documents and convert them into tax work papers.
- Oversee the preparation of federal tax forms and related schedules by third parties.
- Generate state tax forms and reconciliation work papers for resident and non-resident states.
- Communicate with clients to obtain additional tax information and resolve any queries.
- Research unfamiliar topics using online resources.
- Establish processes and standards for vendors, including using appropriate systems for tax preparation.
Time Commitment:
This is a contract position offering flexible hours based on client orders and projects, providing the opportunity to earn additional income.
