Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting accurate and timely information into our database. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and values accuracy and efficiency.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company database
• Scan and digitize documents for electronic storage purposes
• Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data protection policies
• Assist with data validation and quality control procedures
• Retrieve and prepare data for analysis as requested

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Familiarity with data entry software and database systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
