Job Overview:

This role would be responsible for the supervision of all day to day workflows for the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center programming including but not limited to supervision all staff clinical case reviews, building operations, data collection and reporting, hiring, training and ongoing support of all employees in the department as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory statutes and stipulations identified in the grant documents.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with current NJ licensing such as a LCSW or LPC, or completed a BSN and have a current RN,
• 5 years experience in mental health services
• 2 years supervisory experience,

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• LPC or LCSW

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 9:00 5:00 each day
• Days to work
• FT

Essential Functions:

• In accordance with hospital and department procedures mission and goals is responsible for the administration of the operations of Early Intervention Support Services
• Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments such as damaged floors, unsecured areas and medical errors, etc
• Insure that division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations,
