Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Leader for our Marketing team.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Leader to take charge of our Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace storefronts, drive sales growth, and expand our customer base through strategic social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing.

Position Summary

The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing projects, from initiation to completion. The role includes creating and managing marketing calendars, managing local and global campaigns, executing special projects, coordinating with teams internally and externally, and continuously monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace storefronts to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversion rates on all marketplace platforms.
  • Generate new customers and drive sales growth using META, TikTok, and YouTube ads, retargeting and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data and marketplace performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to promote our products and enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and growing sales on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in using META, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Experience with paid advertising including retargeting campaigns and other performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
