Project Manager
Salary: $100K-$140K (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Rochester, NY (or surrounding areas)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead various engineering projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead project teams to ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation to track project milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7 years or more of power system engineering or in transmission and substation experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering or construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts, especially in high voltage and power system projects is a plus.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
