We are a well-established commercial electrical company. We have been in business for over 45 years and are based out of Portland, ME. We specialize in large commercial projects, including commercial solar installations. Job Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial electrical work and will be highly skilled at working with other experienced electricians. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage all aspects of project execution, from job costing and quoting to materials ordering and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring successful completion from start to finish.
* Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site.
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and job costing, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.
* Provide mentorship and training to on-site teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Willingness to travel throughout New England, with a focus on projects in ME.
* Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

* Master Electrician license in Maine is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
* Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
* Experience with job costing, quoting, and materials ordering.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized job site.
* Willingness to learn, do things "differently" when appropriate, and take guidance from leadership.

Benefits:

* Salary range: $85,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
* Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
* Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
