One of our clients is seeking Case Managers (Bi-Lingual wanted but not required) in the Philadelphia, PA area. (up to $3,800/month)

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday through Friday 1st shift

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
A case manager's role with this client is to support a maximum of 5 families/homes classified as professional resource homes. You will be coaching on issue intervention, helping with assuring they all get the resources and services they require as foster care/kinship parents, occasional home inspections, and serve as a liaison between this client and CUA case managers.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
2 year experience in human services preferably child care
Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Background Check, & Act 126.
Provide documentation of: CPR Certification, First Aide Level 2 Certification.
Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) test, Hepatitis B screening.
