Dunites is a family-owned and operated winery dedicated to the unique vineyards of the San Luis Obispo Coast. Our focus is on organically farmed vineyards and minimalist, low intervention wines that reflect their sites.

We are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to host guests in our tasting room in downtown San Luis Obispo.

The ideal team member will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess a hospitality mindset. Compensation is commensurate with experience ($18-$22 per hour). Tips and wine club sign-up bonuses are an additional and significant source of income. We are looking for 1-2 people to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Special consideration (and growth potential) will be given to DTC, marketing, or event planning experience.

Your duties will include:
•  Providing a memorable experience for guests by sharing our ethos and wines
•  Build and maintain lasting relationships with club members and guests
•  Sign-up guests to our wine clubs
•  Operate POS software (Wine Direct) and iPads to manage and process orders
•  Maintain a clean tasting room based on operating procedures
•  Communicate to owners any issues or supplies required
•  Cleaning, glass washing, inventory stocking, and other tasks as needed

Potential duties for the right individual may include:
•  Assisting or managing wine club shipments and communications
•  Creating social media content and growing our following
•  Developing partnerships with businesses that increase tasting room traffic

Requirements
•  Ability to work weekends, some holidays, and evenings
•  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
•  Must be over 21 years old
•  Ability to stand and to walk for long periods of time
