The Hotel:

Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch features 493 rooms and suites with balconies and terraces offering breathtaking sunsets, mountain, or golf course views. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

An HVAC Engineer must posses strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house (including kitchen, electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R systems, and using a windows based computer system). Ability to read blue prints and schematics are also required. A minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience is requested, with hotel experience preferred. A strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems is required. Must have EPA Section 608 Universal certification.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends & holidays.

· Good communication skills.

· EPA Section 608 Universal certification.

· Electrical troubleshooting experience to include 120V to 480V equipment.

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs.

· Basic boiler operation and chiller operating experience

· Knowledge of DDC and BAS Operations.
