DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support with the creation of workflow documentation of all EODA/Human Resource Operations processes that have a campus-wide impact and/or internal functionality (including the areas of benefits, employee labor relations, emergency management, business continuity, workers' compensation, customer service center, strategic learning and payroll).
  • This work will involve meeting with the functional manager and/or Subject Matter Experts (SME) in each area throughout the workflow documentation process, gaining an understanding of the functional area and providing support with developing workflow charts, summary documents, job aids, desk manuals, etc.
  • Based on the workflow documentation, and guidance from the HRIS team, identify areas of enhancement in the processes and make creative recommendations to AVP, EODA/HR OPS and to the functional division managers.
  • Aligns business processes with system functionality and helps to re-align processes for improved efficiencies and effectiveness as needed and/or as technology evolves. As directed by the Director of SLOEI, and guidance from the HRIS Team, prioritizes workflow solutions for each functional area and provides support with workflow solutions (through OnBase, DocuSign, MovelT, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Cascade, etc.).
  • Utilizes professional level communications and interactions; foundational level work products, establish and cultivate on-going collegial and collaborative relationships both internally and externally. Consistently approach issues, procedural and processes roadblocks and hurdles striving for effective solutions on behalf of HR.
  • Represents the goals and priorities of the department when interacting with other technical groups at the campus level through a personalized and customer centric focus
  • As needed and in conjunction with other EODA/HR Ops team members create accessible forms and documents for the functional areas and provide support on maintaining and developing division websites.
  • Provide learning solutions for the campus and align initiatives with software solutions that will support the department in achieving necessary learning goals. Create a best place to work by developing learning solutions which align to the future of work and needs of CPP.
  • Assist/Back Up LMS Administrator: As needed provide Tier 1 Support for users of the Learning Management System (LMS) and resolve problems encountered by training.
  • Oversee organizational units, including self-registration groups and extended catalogs, roles and permissions, and competency assessments in the LMS enterprise users
  • As needed provide reporting support related to LMS training activities
  • As needed test and upload online courses into the system
  • As needed maintain course rosters and attendance records for instructor-led organizational unit
  • As needed oversee training audiences for assignments.
  • Produce attendance and courses. compliance reports to campus.
  • Provide support to HRIS related projects
  • Provide data to the department specific to activities within the various units
  • Create automation for pulling data by partnering with IT
  • Collaborate with operations manager on developing data visualization presentations for Senior AVP quarterly Back up Training Compliance
  • Ensure campus is in compliance with early Presidential Report
  • Maintain compliance assignments to ensure we mitigate campus risk
  • Provide compliance reports to the AVP and program administrators
  • Create automation with learning assignments and reports for automated
  • Work with program owners to ensure compliance trainings are updated to align reporting to any federal and state requirements
  • Meet with program owners to provide system and training updates as necessary




QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent training and work experience involving supporting technical projects, providing learning analysis, and learning management administration.
  • Basic knowledge of specialty work area demonstrated by an understanding and use of general principals and terminology
  • Demonstrates understanding of the standard technology and systems in place with the capability of supporting and operating this technology
  • Recognizes problems, identifies possible causes and refers to appropriate party for resolution
  • Ability to solve problems where precedents exist, and acquire knowledge in related specialties
  • Demonstrates competence to work as a team member
  • And ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.




Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent training and work experience involving supporting technical projects, providing learning analysis, and learning management administration
  • Experience developing knowledge base articles.
  • Advanced customer service training. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Understanding how to transfer learning others specifically when training others how to use a complex software system.
  • People Soft Experience is required.
  • Knowledge of information technology systems and or applications including campus-wide systems and multimedia environments.
  • Proficiency using standard software packages
  • Ability to analyze data requirements and research data availability and access methods.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills in working with users to interpret needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to apply consultative skills to assess user needs and provide appropriate support

The classification salary range for this position according to the respective skill level is: minimum $3,899 and maximum $7,506 per month.
