Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our production processes and ensure high-quality output. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing efficient manufacturing solutions, utilizing modern engineering techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Design and implement fixtures and tooling for production.
• Conduct process change management and ensure effective implementation of new processes.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor and control manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and production goals.
• Perform ISO auditing to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Oversee and document manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff.
• Manage projects related to process development and improvements.
• Conduct supplier management and evaluate supplier performance based on quality and cost.
• Estimate project costs and timelines for manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including metal fabrication and welding.
• Experience with automation technologies and 3D printing.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly SolidWorks and PDM.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong project management abilities and experience in cost control.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive process improvements.
