Position Title: Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to assist in the implementation of marketing plans and strategies. This role involves supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating marketing activities, and helping ensure that marketing campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline
• Support content creation for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and blog posts
• Assist with market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth
• Coordinate events, promotions, and trade shows, including logistics, material preparation, and follow-ups
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to the team
• Help in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items
• Work closely with designers, agencies, and vendors to support various projects
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content management systems
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the team
