Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives within the Member Development and Sponsorship sales teams. Your creativity, expertise, and experience will be essential in driving our mission forward, enhancing our market presence, and deepening our commitment to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Marketing Leadership: Spearhead marketing initiatives and lead generation activities to help meet our Membership Development and Sponsorship revenue goals.
Nurture Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns designed to qualify leads effectively.
Content Creation: Craft and enhance lead generation emails and templates to facilitate successful sales meetings.
Collaborative Marketing: Work alongside internal teams to create marketing collateral and materials that resonate with our key messaging and brand identity.
Sponsorship Sales Marketing: Oversee sponsorship sales marketing efforts, including the development of collateral, web pages, and related materials.
Project Management: Maintain schedules and tracking documents for marketing deliverables using Smartsheet.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent online presence and engage with our target audience.
Campaign Analysis: Analyze marketing campaigns and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on marketing progress to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other teams to optimize online advertising and social media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality in marketing processes.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities to refine our sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3-5 years of successful experience in a marketing management role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive demand for our products and services.
Proficiency in digital marketing, sales support, media and advertising, content marketing, social media, video marketing, and brand development.
Familiarity with email marketing is essential; experience with HubSpot is preferred.
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and skilled in project and people management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver on time and within budget.
Excellent communication skills, with an adaptable style suitable for interacting with team members and upper management.
Strong time management and organizational skills for planning and executing various marketing projects and initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High-energy, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and promotes teamwork while building credibility and trust within the marketing team.
Innovative Thinking: Proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas that enhance marketing initiatives.
Collaborative Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to utilize data and analytics for informed marketing decisions, measuring campaign effectiveness, and optimizing strategies for success.
