Job Description

Wedding Day Diamonds is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our retail store. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely restocking of supplies, and assisting with various tasks as needed. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, documenting inventory movements, and reconciling inventory counts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
• Manage inventory storage and organization, including labeling and tracking of items.
• Assist with order processing and fulfillment, including packaging and shipping of orders.
• Perform periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy of inventory counts.
• Ensure store-to-store transfers are completed successfully.
• Assist with various office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting clients and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience with administrative support or inventory management preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
