About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Project Scheduler to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of managing construction schedules utilizing your expertise in construction scheduling and Microsoft Project . If youre passionate about project management and have a proven track record of success in scheduling and communication we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Schedule Management Develop and review CPM schedules using Microsoft Project ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Team Coordination Work closely with project managers superintendents and external consultants to align schedules with project objectives.
• Site Visits Travel to project sites to assist in schedule updates and collaborate with onsite teams.
• PreBid/Proposal Development Assist with RFPs and proposal schedule development for preconstruction opportunities.

Core Competencies:

• Construction Scheduling: Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) and Microsoft Project.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3 years of construction scheduling experience with a strong focus on CPM techniques.
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related scheduling tools.
• Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to manage team expectations and client interactions.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor and collaborate with teams on schedule development and project goals.

Skills Required:

• Project Scheduling: Proven experience in construction scheduling and project management.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Project and familiarity with construction plans.
• Collaboration: Excellent team collaboration skills with the ability to liaise between multiple departments.
• ProblemSolving: Ability to identify scheduling issues and develop creative solutions.

Certifications:

• PMP Certification (preferred)
• Construction Management Certifications (advantageous)

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field (required)
• Masters Degree in a related field (preferred)
