Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote General Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: As a Remote General Notary Public, you will play a crucial role in facilitating legal documentation and ensuring the authenticity and legality of various transactions, all while working at home. This is a U.S. based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer oaths and affirmations virtually to individuals executing documents. Witness signatures on legal documents, such as contracts, affidavits, and powers of attorney, through video conferencing platforms. Ensure the proper identification of signatories to prevent fraud and maintain document integrity. Maintain accurate records of notarial acts, including digital documentation of dates, times, locations, and parties involved. Provide clear explanations to clients about the purpose and legal implications of notarized documents in a remote setting. Stay updated on state-specific notary laws and regulations applicable to remote notarization.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Previous experience with remote notarization is preferred but is not required. Able to pass a complete background check. In-depth knowledge of remote notarization laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Proficiency in using video conferencing platforms and digital document management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a virtual environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
