This position will be part of the Enterprise Services team, which delivers a full suite of services to state agencies, boards, councils, and commissions, and many central services to local government partners.
The Salesforce Administrator will analyze, design, develop, document, support, maintain and enhance complex and large-scale business applications that leverage the Salesforce application, platform and related add-on or third-party applications. The Salesforce Administrator works closely with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, other Salesforce administrators, and all product team members to deliver Salesforce applications that address documented business requirements and operate within design specifications.
A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for understanding business problems and designing solutions on an enterprise product platform (via declarative tools). This Salesforce Administrator looks at business requirements and interprets how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution, including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform. Salesforce Administrators most often use Agile techniques and are a part of a larger, cross-functional team. Salesforce Administrators should have a passion for learning new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever-growing product ecosystem.
This position requires an employee to be onsite at the work location 2 - 3 days per week.

Position requires a minimum of four (4) years of IT related experience in Salesforce administration or like systems.
Experience must include:
A master’s degree in Information Technology or an IT related field substitutes for three (3) years of experience, OR an IT related bachelor’s degree substitutes for two (2) years, OR an IT related associate’s degree substitutes for one (1) year.
