Job Description:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor check payments, voiding payments, check clearing issues, and payment term creation. Resolve GR/IR clearing account issues, intercompany setup and reconciliation problems.
• Banking: Manage bank interfaces, EBS, should resolve DME related issues, bank key creation, house banks, account IDs, and manual bank statements. Handle bank file uploads, integrity interface postings, batch job failures, and lockbox setup.
• Controlling: Should have strong knowledge in CO, having knowledge on Cost center accounting, functional area process, allocation structure, worked on assessment and distribution, Profit center accounting, etc.
• Financial Closing Support: Coordinate and support month-end, quarter-end, half-year, and year-end closing processes.
• Joint Venture: Set up JVA for new company codes, create equity groups, and manage JV master data. Handle BAU issues related to equity changes, cutbacks, overhead runs, drilling cost calculations, and JV cutback processes, Partner netting, JV billing and year-end close activities. Should possess strong knowledge on Handling the BAU issues related Equity change (Prior period-GJ19 & current-period GJEC) Cutback, Overhead run (Both Combined fixed rate, producing overhead, Construction overhead calculation), Drilling cost calculation, Cutback rule mapping tales, JV cutback process for US and International company codes, Cash Call, partial cash call clearing process for international company codes, Partner billing, Partner netting .Reconciling of partner's balance, reporting the non-operator's balance to energy link, JV year end close activities. Balance carry forward.
• General Ledger: Perform general ledger reporting, utilize Hyperion reporting tools, and set up company codes.
• Asset Accounting: Configure asset accounting, chart of depreciation, depreciation keys, and tax depreciation area requirements. Perform asset history sheet creation, asset transfer, and asset year-end close activities.
• Asset Retirement Obligation Module: Handle obligations, analyse key dates, forecast dates, and inflation index table mapping.
• Financial Closing Cockpit: Automate jobs, create task lists, and templates for efficient closing processes. Resolving issues with related to it. 11. Security & Authorization: Map roles and authorizations to business users and provide support.
