Job Description

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be pivotal in guiding our agile teams through the software development lifecycle, leveraging your extensive experience to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Your deep knowledge of JIRA, combined with your familiarity with Microsoft Azure, React, Node.js, and DevOps, will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

What you have:

You are a documentation-oriented person who values collaboration and teamwork, able to communicate with developers and report roadblocks. Also, you master both English and Spanish (written and spoken) and are always eager to learn. On a more technical side, you also have:

Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).

Oversee the configuration and management of JIRA projects, boards, and workflows.

Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Azure to support application integration and deployment.

Provide technical guidance on React and Node.js, ensuring development teams adhere to best practices.

Apply DevOps principles to streamline development and deployment processes.

Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Drive continuous improvement in agile practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize team efficiency and project success.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Extensive experience with JIRA, including project setup, board management, and advanced reporting.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, React, and Node.js.

Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices.

Deep understanding of Scrum principles and methodologies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required. Additional certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies are a plus.

The journey:

We know your time is valuable, so know the whole process will take about 2 weeks.
