Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

• Maintain customer files in Zoho and QuickBooks on an ongoing basis.
• Collect and maintain chassis records in Zoho on an ongoing basis.
• Verify documents returned by customers are signed and in order.
• Communicate (verbally and in writing) with customers, dealerships, sales, accounting, and operations.
• Prepare temp tags as needed for customers.
• Prepare and send title & tax paperwork accurately for customers (or lienholders) to register their vehicles.
• Prepare tax reports required by the state division of motor vehicles.
• Enter sales invoices in QuickBooks and update QuickBooks as needed.
• Notarize documents as needed.

Hard Skills

• 3 years of experience in vehicle titling
• Associate degree or certificate
• Workplace experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word

Soft Skills

• Strong, effective communication (both written and oral) skills
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.

Work Environment

Work is performed sitting at a desk as well as interacting with clients/contacts or co-workers in person and on the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
